We are thrilled to introduce the top three judges for The Golden Script Competition's 2025 edition: Kenneth Kokin, Molly Conners, and Kristina Rivera. These industry veterans bring a wealth of experience, insight, and creativity, making them ideal judges and decision-makers for our competition. They will review 2025’s best scripts and determine the winners of our competition.
Kenneth Kokin is a seasoned executive, producer, writer, director, and consultant with over 30 years in the entertainment industry. His career spans a wide array of mediums, including feature films, television, and animation. Kokin's remarkable achievements include winning over 80 awards, and he is renowned for his work on the double Oscar-winning film The Usual Suspects, for which he directed the extensive second unit and served as a producer. His production efforts have earned him accolades, including two Grand Jury Prize and Best International Drama awards at the Sundance Film Festival.
Molly Conners is an Emmy-nominated producer and a highly respected figure in the industry. With memberships in the Producers Guild of America, BAFTA, and the Television Academy, her influence spans both film and television. Over the last 15 years, Conners has produced or executive produced 35 films, resulting in four Academy Awards and 11 nominations. Her impressive credits include Birdman, Frozen River, Killer Joe, The Immigrant, and Joe.
Kristina Rivera is known for her close collaborations with Clint Eastwood, having started her career at Malpaso Productions as his assistant on Invictus. She worked on films like Hereafter, J.Edgar, Trouble with the Curve, and Jersey Boys before rising to associate producer on American Sniper. Rivera's exceptional work as a co-producer on Sully and her development of The 15:17 to Paris screenplay earned her a producer credit. She also produced The Mule and was co-executive producer on The Trial of the Chicago 7, directed by Aaron Sorkin.
